Data Protection

We process your personal data (name, email, booking details) to provide classes and studio rentals. Your data is handled according to applicable privacy laws.

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data.

Registration & Credits (Courses)

Reservations for classes are made via our SuperSaaS calendar.
Classes are paid using credits; credits can be purchased directly during the booking process.
Some classes rotate partners; a partner is not required for Basics classes.

Cancellation Policy (Courses)

Free cancellation up to 10 hours before class start (unless stated otherwise).
Timely cancellations result in automatic credit refunds to the user account.
Late cancellations or no‑shows forfeit the credits.

Changes & Attendance (Courses)

We may change teachers, class content or schedules if necessary. Participants will be informed whenever possible.
Please arrive on time and follow studio etiquette.

Liability & Personal Property

Participation is at your own risk. Studio12 is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent, as permitted by law.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Refunds & Complaints

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds for unused classes (proportional value).
Complaints can be sent via email and will be answered within 7 business days.

Addendum: Terms for Studio Rental (Studio12)

Booking & Payment

Reservations are made via the SuperSaaS online calendar using credits: Studio Booking Calendar.
Minimum booking length is 30 minutes.
Pricing per hour (pro‑rata for shorter/longer durations): 7:00–9:00 → 20 credits (200 CZK), 9:00–17:00 → 25 credits (250 CZK), 17:00–22:00 → 40 credits (400 CZK).

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 8 hours before the scheduled start.
If cancelled in time, credits are automatically refunded to the user account.
Late cancellations or no‑shows forfeit the credits.

Use of Space

The studio can be rented for various purposes (e.g., training, private lessons, small group practice). Commercial/event use (e.g., public workshops, filming) requires prior agreement and may be subject to different pricing/terms.
Keep the studio tidy; the renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental and must report it immediately.
Respect building quiet hours and safety rules (no open flames, no smoking).
