All prices listed are in Czech Koruna (CZK) and include VAT where applicable. • Refunds and Cancellations: • Refund Policy: Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the course or workshop starts. No refunds will be issued for missed classes. • Cancellations: Studio 12 reserves the right to cancel classes or workshops in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future class. • Payment Disputes:

4. Booking Policies
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• All purchased credits or packages are valid for the specified duration. Unused credits will not be refunded or carried forward.
• Studio 12 reserves the right to limit the number of participants per class to ensure quality.
5. Use of Studio
Studio 12 facilities are intended exclusively for private training and Tango courses.
Any commercial use, including video recording for promotional purposes, requires prior approval.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Studio 12 is not responsible for:
• Injuries sustained during classes or private training. • Loss or damage to personal belongings within the studio premises.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and health prior to attending classes.

**Withdrawal and Complaints Policy**
**1. Withdrawal Policy**

1.1. **Right to Withdraw**
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase at any time before or after the transaction, regardless of whether the service or product has been used or accessed. No justification is required for withdrawal.
1.2. **Withdrawal Process**
To initiate a withdrawal, customers must submit a written request via email to info@studio12.cz with the subject line "Withdrawal Request." The request must include the order number and customer name.
1.3. **Refund Policy**
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. No transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.4. **Partial Refunds for Unused Services**
If a customer has purchased a package but has only used part of the services, they are entitled to a refund for the unused portion. The refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions or credits, proportionate to the total package price.
1.5. **Exceptions**
There are no exceptions to the right of withdrawal. All purchases are eligible for a full or partial refund upon request.
